Hi, I’m Gianluca.

I’m a game programmer with a background in documentary photography, where I worked professionally for over 15 years. That experience still shapes how I approach my work: attention to detail, a strong visual perspective, and a collaborative approach to building creative projects from the ground up.

Over time, I have developed a strong interest in gameplay and systems programming. I enjoy working with technical challenges, turning ideas into interactive experiences, and developing gameplay systems that support clear and engaging play.

I work mainly in Unreal Engine and Unity. What I find most interesting about game development is the balance between structure and creativity, and the opportunity to work closely with others.
